Most trips offer complimentary beverages and other amenities served by an attendant, usually on a later-model wide-body coach. All HJ coaches are equipped with reading lights, reclining seats and a lavatory.
Reservations:
Reservations are always recommended to guarantee a seat. Please call if you must change or cancel a reservation; please do not double book. "No shows" may be charged full fare.
Tickets and Payment:
Payment on board may be by cash, ticket, credit card; or by check if you are an Express Club member and have your membership card with you. American Express, Visa and MasterCard may be used for payment only if the credit card is on board with the passenger. Open (Unreserved) tickets, including Value Pack ticket books, can be purchased at The Omni or through our accounting office.
Luggage:
Luggage must be checked (except carry-on). $250 maximum luggage liability. Not responsible for unchecked luggage. Please tag all luggage with name, address and phone number. Two bags per passenger may be checked as luggage at no charge. Surfboards, bikes and other special handling items are $10 additional.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited by law on public buses.
Pets:
Pets are charged $10 and must be kept in a small lap sized carrier throughout the trip per NY State DOT regulations.
Airport Connection:
Hampton Jitney airport connection stops are convenient to JFK, LaGuardia, and MacArthur/Islip. Detailed information is in the Westbound and Eastbound notes section.
